Nun'Álvares avenue is a structuring axis of intermunicipal articulation at a road and buildings level. Nun'Alvares avenue is parallel to Montevideu and Brasil avenues (in Oporto seafront/western part) and connects Praça do Império to Avenida da Boavista. The avenue will occupy 30ha of residential territory and is constituted by the basins of two important waterlines for the natural systems of the city: Ervilheira stream and Nevogilde stream. The urban design results from the relationship and connectivity of the buildings infrastructures with a green/blue infrastructure constituted by green spaces, public parks, wetlands, squares and wooded roads.
